Trina’s Tresses services are priced on a tiered level system.  Each stylist achieves a level based upon their experience, education, and demand.

To view pricing information, see our online booking which has up-to-the-minute pricing and availability information for all of our stylists. All pricing is given as a starting point.  Pricing will vary according to the amount of time and product required to achieve your perfect look.  We are happy to schedule a complimentary consultation to better estimate the cost of your visit.  

We are committed to providing an amazing experience for every guest.  Salon services are satisfaction guaranteed – just contact us within 7 days of your service.  Like-new and gently-used products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.  No Shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the missed appointment.  Please note that this policy is strictly enforced.

Stylist Levels

Level 1

Protege Stylists -- Generally stylists with less than 1 year of experience.  All of our stylists undergo our intensive advanced training and certification program, and provide amazing service.  These "New Talent" stylists present an opportunity to experience top notch service at an amazing value.

Level 2

Stylists -- These stylists generally have 1 to 5 years of experience.  They have proven themselves skillful at cuts, colors and texture services and have at least some advanced training and certifications.  A Level 1 stylist earns this level as their regular clientele grows and the demand on their time increases.

Level 3

Senior Stylists -- These stylists generally have between 5 and 10 years of experience.  They are masters at many specialized color techniques and hold numerous advanced certifications.  As the demand on their time continues to rise, they earn the title of senior stylist.

Level 4

Master Stylists -- These stylists generally have at least 10 years of experience.  They are master colorists and hold a wide variety of advanced certifications.  They are also generally brand educators or national hairdressing title holders.  The demand on their time is the greatest, and they may be booked out for many weeks in advance.  To help manage this demand, our Master Stylists generally work with an Associate Stylist to assist in shampooing and styling their clientele.  In turn, our Master Stylist will pass on their knowledge and techniques to this Associate Stylist who will become a Level 1 stylist once they have completed our skills certification program.
